Concrete - N - Counters
Lutz, FL 33548

Red Brick Pizza, a pizza parlor located in the Channelside District near Downtown Tampa, was looking for "green" products to use inside the restaurant. Concrete is a "perfect fit" and is beginning to be used across the country as more Americans are choosing "green" building products.

The 3,000 square foot concrete floor on the second floor of a multi-level condominium tower had seen the entire construction process of the building and was extremely damaged. The floor had different slabs with trunk line patches throughout.

Preparation was started with a custom color match grout to flash all the damaged areas and holes. The entire concrete surface was polished with a 50 grit diamond pad which opened up the surface and leveled out the patched areas. Then acid etched and neutralized twice. The surface was dyed in a terra-cotta color and sealed with three coats of urethane. Red Brick Pizza is located at 375 12th St. S. Tampa, FL.

Use My Concrete FPP
Pasco County

This artistic floor was created for the kitchen area of a dentist's office in New Tampa. The entire room was only about 12' x 15', so the design used had to be subtle, yet unique and interesting. The coffee cup logo was engraved into the concrete and stained with three different colors. Small areas of the concrete were stained early on to make sure the colors were what the client wanted. The floor was finished with a light coat of iridescence, which gives the concrete a soft shimmer.

This floor was resurfaced with a concrete overlay for Tijuana Flats, a restaurant chain in Tampa. A mix of SureCrete's Eco Stains was used to create the overall color. To create the stream design, concrete dyes and stains were handpainted onto the floor.

This concrete floor at Oakland University features a full flake flooring system. This was achieved by first diamond-grinding the concrete surface and cleaning the surface of dust and contaminants. Then a clear epoxy was applied and the custom blend of flakes was broadcast over the surface. A top-coat of 100% solid epoxy was applied to top it all off.

This concrete floor was a distressed industrial floor that was restored and enhanced by concrete polishing. It received an eight pass polishing system, with the final pass being of 3000grit resin-bond diamonds. And wow what a difference!
